ADVANCED Trampoline Moves
Adolph - A front somersault with 3 1/2 twists
Baby Fliffus - A move starting on the back, and early half twist and over into back somersault
Back-in Full-out - Double somersault with a full twist during the second somersault.
Ball out - A 1 1/4 front somersault starting from a back drop
Ball out barani - The same as a ball out, but with a late half twist
Ball out half out - Starting from a back drop, 2 1/4 front somersaults with a late 1/2 twist during the second somersault.
Ball out Adolph - The same as a ball out, but with 3 1/2 twists
Ball out randy - The same as a ball out, but with 2 1/2 twists
Back in Half out - A double front somersault with a 1/2 twist during the first somersault, making the second one have a back landing.
Barrel Roll - A front drop, full twist horizontally to front drop.
Bounce Roll - A move starting on the back, a complete front somersault landing in a back drop, ready to repeat and see how many you can get!
Cat Twist - Back drop full twist to back drop
Cody - Starting from a front drop, 1 1/4 back somersault
Corkscrew - Back drop, 1 1/2 twist to back drop
Double Back - A double back somersault
Double Bounce - As a bounce roll, but with 2 somersaults instead of 1
Double Full - A single somersault, with a double twist.
Full - Full twisting straight back somersault
Full in Back out - A double back somersault, with a full twist in the first somersault
Kick Out - After the somersault has been executed, kicking the legs straight and straightening the body ready for the next skill.
Killer - A double back somersault with 4 complete twists.
Lazy Back - A 3/4 straight back somersault
Miller - A triple twisting straight back somersault.
Randy - A single front somersault with 2 1/2 twists, also called a Rudolph.
Rudy - A single front somersault with 1 1/2 twists, also called a Rudolph.
Triff -Any triple somersault with any component os twist.
